The "Tipsport Open Cup 2" tournament for "Counter-Strike 2" has concluded in Prague, with the main favorites – the Norwegian organization "Metizport" – becoming champions.

In the final, "Metizport", featuring Swedish star Liam "MaiL09" Tiegels and experienced Canadian captain Peter "stanislaw" Jarguz, defeated the Ukrainian team "Inner Circle Academy" with a score of 2-0.

The joint Lithuanian and Latvian team supported by "Optibet" finished in 7th-8th place in the tournament:

Group stage: loss to "Four Magic" (0-2), wins against "95 Vikings" (2-1) and "INFINITE Talent" (2-0).
Playoffs: losses after a tough battle against "Metizport" (1-2) and "Four Magic" (1-2).

The team was represented by Lithuanians Marks "Whiplash1" Bernšteinas and Domas "dod02k" Streižis, as well as Latvians Ralfs "ChipaaN" Čipāns (the team's top player), Oskars "Cgk" Jaunslavietis, and Eduards "OXFROG" Jumis.

This performance secured invitations to online tournaments throughout the fall for the team, which is ranked 222nd in the world.
