Terms and conditions

These terms are issued by Kleverr eSports Association (“Kleverr E-sporta Biedrība”), registration No. 400083298441, Slokas iela 142-27, Rīga, LV-1069, Latvia. They apply to kleverr.gg, kleverr.lv, league.kleverr.gg, and related hosts we operate.

By using the site you agree to these terms and to the Privacy and Cookie policies. If you do not agree, do not use the service. We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the current version. For material changes we will take reasonable steps to inform registered users (for example a notice on the site or by email). If you continue to use the service after the new date, the updated terms apply, except where mandatory consumer law says otherwise.

You must use the site lawfully in your country (Latvia, Estonia, Lithuania, or elsewhere in the EU/EEA). We do not check age when an account is created with Google or FACEIT. The service is not directed at children. If a child has an account, email sandis@kleverr.gg and we will delete it. Betting information and operator links are for adults 18 or older. You must meet the age and licensing rules of your country before following any gambling offer.

You may use Kleverr for lawful esports information, League features, and community functions we provide. You must not: attack or overload the service; bypass security or access controls; scrape in a way that harms performance or copies the service; upload malware; impersonate others; or use the site for illegal, fraudulent, or harmful activity (including hate, harassment, or infringement).

New public accounts are created with Google or FACEIT. Steam can be linked later in League Settings for your player profile; it is not a public login method. If you signed in with Google, you can also link FACEIT in Settings. You must provide accurate information, keep your password and linked accounts secure, and are responsible for activity under your account. We may suspend or close an account if we reasonably believe these terms were broken, the account is unsafe, or the law requires it. You may close your account by contacting sandis@kleverr.gg. Public match history that is part of a competition record may remain.

News, rankings, match data, and statistics are informational. We try to be accurate but do not warrant that FACEIT, BO3.gg, or other third-party feeds are complete or error-free. If you submit profile text, team names, free-agent messages, or similar content, you grant Kleverr a non-exclusive licence to host, display, and moderate that content as needed to run the service. You remain responsible for it and must have the rights to submit it. We may edit or remove content that is unlawful, misleading, or breaks these terms.

Each tournament may have its own rules, schedule, roster, and prize information. Those rules apply in addition to these terms. Registrations must be truthful. Matches may be played on FACEIT or another stated platform; you also need to follow that platform’s terms. Entry fees, if used, will be described at registration. Unless we say otherwise, browsing and creating an account are free. Distance-selling withdrawal rights for any future paid consumer contract will be stated at checkout as required by EU and Latvian consumer law.

Kleverr is not a gambling operator and does not accept bets. Odds, operator lists, and “play” links are informational and may include advertising or affiliate links to third-party bookmakers. Gambling is restricted to adults (18+) and may be licensed or prohibited where you live. Only use operators that are allowed in your country (for example Estonia, Latvia, or Lithuania). If you follow a link, that operator’s terms and privacy policy apply. This is not betting advice. Play responsibly. If gambling is a problem, seek local help (for example national addiction helplines in EE, LV, or LT).

Kleverr names, marks, site design, and our original content are owned by us or our licensors. You may not copy the service or use our marks without permission, except for ordinary browsing or lawful sharing of public pages. Team, player, and publisher marks shown on the site remain the property of their owners. FACEIT, Steam, Google, Twitch, and bookmaker names are trademarks of their owners.

If you believe content hosted on Kleverr is illegal (for example defamation, IP infringement, or other unlawful UGC), email sandis@kleverr.gg with a URL, a description of the content, and why you consider it illegal. We will review notices in line with the EU Digital Services Act and applicable Baltic law and may remove or restrict content. We do not generally monitor all user content. Repeated abuse may lead to account suspension.

The service is provided as available. To the extent permitted by law we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for third-party sites, streams, FACEIT lobbies, or bookmakers you choose to use. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under Latvian or other mandatory law (including liability for intent, gross negligence, or death/personal injury, and mandatory consumer rights).

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Latvia. If you are a consumer in Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania, or another EU/EEA country, you also keep the mandatory protections of your country of residence. You may bring proceedings in the courts of your residence where the law allows.
